Counseling Fees

• Intake Evaluation:

   $150/hr

• Individual Counseling: $110 per 50 min

• Family Counseling: $110 per 50 min

• EMDR Intensives:

  $200/hr

• Collaboration/Phone Consults: $1/min.

Consultation fees

• Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation: $200/hr + travel

• Professional Development:  $225/hr + travel

• Family Consultation: $150/hr

Payments

• Pay by check or cash with no service charge.

• Pay by credit or debit through Square with an additional service charge.

Payment & Insurance

Family Roots Counseling LLC is accepting self-pay clients only. By using a private pay fee structure, Amanda has a greater ability to negotiate fee arrangements directly with her clients when there is financial need. A detailed invoice can be provided to any client wishing to submit their payments directly to their insurance company.

Family Roots Counseling is happy to provide a Good Faith Estimate in accordance with the No Surprises Act.

Amanda is able to accept check, cash or credit card. Credit card payments are accepted through Square with additional service charges.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give 24-hour notice. Understandably, emergency situations arise that may interfere with your ability to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. In non-emergency situations a cancellation fee of $80 will be charged. No-shows, and/or repeated cancellations, may result in loss of a standing appointment time and, ultimately, in termination of services.
